• 7+ years in compliance, information security, or risk within finance.
• Hands-on experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST frameworks.
• Strong understanding of global regulatory regimes including MiCA and GENIUS.
• Proven success leading audits and managing certifications.
• Familiarity with PKI, cloud infrastructure, and secure software development.
• Excellent documentation, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into clear technical actions.
• Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, or ISO Lead Auditor are a plus.

About The Role

Join a team of blockchain, cryptography, and infrastructure experts building the backbone of wallet infrastructure for the next financial era. We’re hiring a Trust & Compliance Officer to lead our global compliance programs and security frameworks.

Reporting to the CISO, you’ll ensure the company meets the highest standards of trust, resilience, and regulatory alignment. You’ll manage key frameworks (NIST, SOC 2, ISO 27001, CCSS Level 3, etc.), monitor evolving regulations (DORA, FISMA, MiCA, BVLA), and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, auditors, and regulators. This role blends precision with adaptability—designing robust compliance programs, leading audits, and embedding trust into every layer of our infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage compliance programs across NIST, SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 22310, CCSS Level 3
• Monitor global regulatory requirements and ensure organizational readiness

What You’ll Bring
