A leading recruitment and community engagement firm in Barcelona is seeking a talented individual to play a key role in linking clients with freelance experts. This hybrid position focuses on talent sourcing, community building, and business development, ensuring optimal alignment between client needs and the available talent pool. The ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset. This role includes engaging the community through events and maintaining relationships with consulting partners.

Formación

  • Successful first experience in recruitment, sourcing, community engagement, or business development.

Responsabilidades

  • Identify and recruit qualified freelancers and consulting firms to meet client needs.
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable profiles to Account Managers.

Job description

You play a key role in the LittleBig Connection ecosystem : in partnership with an Account Manager or independently, you are the direct link between our clients and our community of experts (freelancers and consulting firms).

Your objective :

source the best talents, engage the community, and support suppliers throughout their experience on the platform.

🧭 Your Responsibilities
Acquisition & Sourcing
  • Identify and recruit qualified freelancers and consulting firms to meet client needs.
  • Conduct outreach campaigns (calls, personalized messages) and cold prospecting.
  • Prepare contact approaches in advance for personalized and effective exchanges.
  • Use the right channels (LinkedIn, existing communities, CRM, etc.) for proactive sourcing.
  • Define key profiles by region and segment.
  • Maintain information in the CRM rigorously.
Matching & Placement
  • Understand client needs in relation to Account Managers and propose suitable profiles.
  • Assess the skills and motivations of talents to position them effectively.
  • Ensure follow-up on assignments and gather feedback to optimize future matching.
Engagement & Community Building
  • Create and facilitate events : webinars, meetups, workshops, online cafés.
  • Identify and mobilize ambassadors (freelancers or consulting firms) around sponsorship or co-construction programs.
  • Highlight active talents through initiatives like “Top Profiles of the Month.”
  • Create content (newsletters, posts, updates) to engage and inform the community.
  • Monitor partner satisfaction and improve their experience on the platform.
Policy and User Experience
  • Act as a liaison with consulting firms to obtain information.
  • Create synergies between freelancers and consulting firms to generate new business opportunities (contract assignments, co-contracting, etc.).
  • Find the right partners to form consortiums.
  • Escalate issues when necessary.
