About the Role

We’re looking for a Creative & Social Media Designer to join our growing creative team. You’ll design high‑impact visuals that connect deeply with our audience across both paid ads and organic social channels.

This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced design role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creative performance and storytelling. You’ll concept and produce everything from static ads and carousels to memes, motion graphics and more.

You should have a sharp design eye, a deep understanding of what drives engagement on social media and an enthusiasm for using AI tools to work smarter and faster.

If you’re obsessed with social trends, creative experimentation, and how visuals move culture, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

  • Design attention‑grabbing, scroll‑stopping content for paid ads and organic social (statics, carousels, memes, and some video).
  • Repurpose existing long‑form or short‑form content (like podcast clips and webinars) into platform‑optimized posts for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Design with sound and motion in mind through music, captions, and pacing to amplify emotion.
  • Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, AdCreative.ai, etc.) to brainstorm, design, and produce content efficiently.
  • Keep a pulse on trends, formats, and meme culture, turning insights into timely creative.
  • Maintain and organize a structured asset library of templates, prompts, sound files, and visuals for easy reuse.
  • Work collaboratively with creative strategy and performance teams to iterate based on results and scale what works.

Who You Are

  • A creative who designs for impact, not just aesthetics. You understand that performance is the ultimate goal.
  • A self‑starter who thrives in async, fast‑moving environments.
  • An AI‑native designer who loves experimenting with new tools and workflows.
  • A trend‑aware storyteller who can translate ideas into visuals that people actually stop to watch.

Skills & Qualifications - Must Have

  • Strong design and image editing skills (Photoshop, Figma, or Canva) specifically for marketing purposes.
  • Deep understanding of composition, typography, color, and hierarchy.
  • Familiarity with platform‑specific creative guidelines (safe zones, ratios, formats).
  • Proven ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
  • Proficient with AI tools for ideation and design.

Skills & Qualifications - Nice to Have

  • Agency or startup experience in a creative performance environment.
  • Experience working on mental health, wellness, or neurodiversity‑related topics.

What You’ll Bring

  • A strong portfolio of ad creatives and social‑first content (please include examples).
  • A growth mindset—you love testing, learning, and iterating fast.
  • Excellent taste, with an understanding of what makes a visual feel “native” to social.
  • Always a plus: familiarity or personal connection with ADHD and neurodiversity.

Why You’ll Love Working at Inflow

  • We’re mission‑driven, building real tools for people who think differently.
  • We’re fully remote, async, and trust‑first.
  • We balance creative freedom with data‑driven impact—you’ll see your work reach and help millions.
  • You’ll join a small, collaborative team that moves fast and values experimentation, transparency, and mental well‑being.
