We’re currently looking for a Paid Media Specialist with deep expertise in Google Ads (Search) and strong working knowledge of paid social platforms – particularly Meta Ads. The ideal candidate is analytical, strategic, and confident managing multiple campaigns across diverse verticals. Launch and manage Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) as needed. Perform audits, identify trends, and continuously improve campaign performance. 2+ years managing Google Ads campaigns with a strong emphasis on Search. Hands‑on experience running and optimizing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). Fluency in written and spoken English for daily communication with U. Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment. Strong understanding of bidding strategies, match types, and Quality Score. Proficiency with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking. Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects with ease. Strong writing, communication, and creative testing skills. Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and familiarity with LinkedIn Ads. Experience using keyword research and competitive analysis tools. Ability to analyze large data sets and identify actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Google Ads certifications. Experience with YouTube or LinkedIn Ads. Experience in a white‑label agency or with client communication. 20,000–30,000 USD, based on experience and performance. Payments are issued monthly via Wise, PayPal, or Stripe.
