A leading engineering company in Spain is seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to oversee commissioning processes for industrial and datacenter projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' experience and will be fluent in Spanish and English. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills are essential for success in a multicultural team environment. This role involves ensuring project timelines are met and compliance with health and safety standards.

Formación

• Minimum of 10 years' seniority as a Commissioning Manager in industrial building projects.
• Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and other technical systems relevant to datacenter infrastructure.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; good level in French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee the commissioning process according to project timelines.
• Ensure coordination between design and construction teams, sub-contractors, and clients.
• Oversee testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of HVAC, electrical, and other critical systems.
• Provide technical expertise to resolve commissioning issues.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality.
• Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and health and safety guidelines.

To support our growing activity in Madrid, we are looking for a Commissioning Manager to develop our team. With an intervention on design and build industrial and Datacenter projects from design to final handover, your main responsibilities will be :

• Lead and oversee the commissioning process, according to project timelines and specifications,
• Ensure the coordination between design and construction teams, sub-contractors and clients,
• Oversee testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of HVAC, electrical, and other critical systems,
• Provide technical expertise and support to resolve commissioning issues,
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of commissioning activities,
• Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and health and safety guidelines.

You have a minimum of 10 years' seniority as a Commissioning Manager in industrial building projects. Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and other technical systems relevant to datacenter infrastructure is appreciated.

You enjoy multicultural teamwork and can lead multidisciplinary teams. Your rigor, your interpersonal skills and your adaptability to the situations encountered will allow you to succeed in this position and grow within our company.

Speaking fluently Spanish and English, a good level in French would be a plus.
