Soho House & Co. in Barcelona’s Gothic Quarter is seeking hospitality professionals to deliver fast, attentive service to members and guests. You will maintain spotless sections, build personal relationships with members, and support the team across opening/closing procedures and trainings.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English or Spanish, organized, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment while upholding the highest standards of hospitality and privacy for VIPs.

Responsabilidades

• Bring food/drink quickly from the kitchen/bar to its location in the restaurants and deliver to members.
• Maintain a spotless, pristine work environment.
• Provide service to and be accountable for an assigned section.
• Develop relationships with members to provide personalized service.
• Polish cutlery ensuring they are ready for service.
• Prepare additions to tables in advance (condiments, lemon wraps, butter portions).
• Perform opening and closing procedures including setup and breakdown of stations.
• Attend trainings with front and back of house teams to learn menu changes and tastings.
• Wipe down tables after members have left and reset the restaurant for reservations and walk-ins.
• Resolve member complaints with hospitality and professionalism.
• Ensure safety, security, satisfaction, and wellbeing of employees and members.
• Protect VIPs and PWKs’ privacy and confidentiality.
• Support the team with ad-hoc needs.
• Learn the table plan and table numbers.

The place…

Located in the Gothic Quarter, opposite Port Vell, the House has a private Club for our Members. The Health Club offers innovative options for taking care of our bodies and minds. We also have 56 rooms, a private cinema room, and our signature Cecconi's restaurant.

MainDuties

• Bring food/drink quickly from the kitchen/bar to its respective location in the restaurants and deliver to members.
• Maintain a spotless, pristine work environment
• Provides service to and is accountable for an assigned section.
• Develop relationships with members in order to provide personalized service.
• Polishing cutlery ensuring they are ready for service.
• Preparing any additions to tables in advance (preparing lemon wraps, condiments, butter portions etc)
• Perform opening and closing procedures including but not limited to the set up and break down of stations.
• Maintain a spotless and pristine working environment.
• Attending regular trainings with front and back of house teams to learn about any menu changes and specials alongside daily tastings.
• Wiping down tables after members have left resetting the restaurant so we can welcome reservations and accommodate walk ins.
• Resolve member complaints, handling all member interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
• Take action in all matters related to safety, security, satisfaction and wellbeing of employees and members.
• Assure the proper handling of VIPs and PWKs, protecting their privacy and confidentiality.
• Supporting the team with any of their needs on an ad-hoc basis.
• Learn the table plan and table numbers of your site.
