Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of administrative and operational tasks to enhance system accuracy.
• Provide day-to-day support in executing operational tasks.
• Ensure accurate registration of contracts and maintain master data quality.
• Support administrative execution of claims and debunkering activities.
• Maintain customer structure to support a reliable CRM environment.
• Coordinate and support cross-functional initiatives within Commercial Strategy & Implementation.
