Job summary

EC International Group is seeking a Commercial Project Manager – Injection Molding to lead and grow injection molding projects for customers across France and other European markets. You will manage RFQs, technical feasibility, tooling and production coordination, while maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will work with cross-functional teams to define solutions, drive quotations and oversee projects from concept to delivery, ensuring milestones are met and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Management, Supply Chain, Project Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, account management or project management with industrial customers.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to manage multiple industrial projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop injection molding customers across France and other European markets from RFQ to production and after-sales.
• Coordinate pricing, lead times and commercial conditions with customers and internal teams.
• Lead quotations and technical discussions, ensuring alignment between customer needs and manufacturing capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering, tooling, and QA teams to define feasible manufacturing solutions.
• Maintain close customer relationships with regular project updates and feedback loops.
• Support validation processes including DFMs, PPAPs and production approvals where applicable.
