IQVIA is seeking an experienced Commercial Excellence Lead to join a newly created European unit supporting an Immunology & Inflammation portfolio. You will shape commercial strategy through analytics, customer insights and sales force effectiveness, partnering with senior leaders to optimise engagement and drive growth.

You will own the commercial performance framework, leveraging CRM analytics, segmentation and incentive programmes to support data-driven decisions across markets.

Formación

• Significant experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Force Effectiveness or Commercial Analytics within healthcare.
• Strong experience with CRM systems, reporting tools and BI platforms.
• Expertise in customer segmentation, targeting and performance management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Commercial Excellence initiatives to improve customer engagement and field force effectiveness.
• Own CRM analytics and reporting across multiple European markets.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards and reporting frameworks for strategic decisions.
