Commercial Excellence Analyst – Temporary 10 months

Your contribution

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting strategic decision‑making by analyzing business‑related datasets and delivering actionable insights. Your work will focus on customer satisfaction, product price validation, and data visualization, helping to drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Your responsibilities

• Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from various internal sources
• Producing regular reports on customer satisfaction, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and actionable insights
• Validating the accuracy and consistency of product pricing data in collaboration with sales and finance teams
• Identifying data inconsistencies or errors and proposing corrective actions
• Building and maintaining interactive dashboards in Power BI to enable stakeholders to explore data independently
• Creating reports and dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) as needed for specific projects
• Automating recurring reports to enhance operational efficiency
• Creating clear data visualizations and presentations for non‑technical stakeholders
• Supporting ad‑hoc data analysis projects based on business needs

Your background

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or Information Systems
• Previous experience in data analysis or a similar role, with strong skills in Power BI and Excel for reporting and dashboard creation
• Experience or willingness to learn SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• Familiarity with SQL or other data manipulation/query languages is an advantage
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to spot anomalies in data
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences
• Excellent English and Spanish skills; German is a plus
• A proactive team player who takes initiative, is well organized, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment
• Eager to learn, explore new ideas, and focused on delivering results
