Formación

Responsabilidades

We are looking for a Commercial and Operations Administration Assistant based in Castelldefels (Barcelona), on a permanent contract.

The Commercial and Operations Administration Assistant provides assistance to the Commercial department in all Sales deliveries and control of stocks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Daily Sales Posting.
  • Inventory Management: helping with inventory management and supply ordering.
  • Assist the Coordinator during the monthly closing.
  • Review and control customers billing issues.
  • Review transport and warehouses invoices.
  • Be responsible on invoicing accuracy prices and quantities.
  • Communication: communicating with various departments and external parties.

Skills required:

  • Minimum 1-year overall experience in logistic/administrative department.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Organizational maturity and effectiveness.
  • Able to demonstrate professional competence, both within the company and with external contacts.
  • Results orientated with a positive approach.
  • Ability to deal with change.
  • Excellent Communication Skills / Proficiency in Computers.
