Job summary

Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe (Madrid area) seeks a GSE Engineer to design, validate and support ground support equipment for aircraft, with emphasis on the Eurofighter program and other combat programs. You will work in a multinational team, handling specifications, testing, and on-aircraft validation across customer bases in a dynamic Services Organization (TAS).

The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, creativity, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Spanish (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Prepare GSE technical specifications.
• Provide technical support to supplier selection.
• Design follow-up and prototype manufacturing follow-up.
• Validate GSE equipment on aircraft and perform qualification tests.
• Conduct site surveys and evaluate customer capabilities related to GSE.
• Support installation and commissioning at customer sites.
• Analyze how aircraft modifications impact GSE development.
