Velvet Caviar is looking for a dynamic Colorist / Color Artist / Color Grader to join our creative team and bring our visual content to life. This role is all about shaping the look and feel of Velvet Caviar’s campaigns, ensuring our imagery and video content stand out across platforms with vibrant, consistent, and on‑brand color.

The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for detail, a strong sense of visual storytelling, and the technical expertise to enhance footage and photography for maximum impact. You’ll collaborate with our creative, design, and marketing teams to deliver polished final assets that elevate seasonal campaigns, product launches, and ongoing brand content.

What you’ll do

• Perform professional color correction and grading on photography and video content to ensure a polished, brand‑right look.
• Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and videographers to establish and maintain a consistent visual tone across all assets.
• Match color across multiple cameras, lighting environments, and content types.
• Enhance product and lifestyle imagery to highlight textures, finishes, and details.
• Create and maintain LUTs, presets, and workflows that align with the brand aesthetic.
• Stay current on trends in color design, digital aesthetics, and emerging tools.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of work.
• Ensure all videos and photos maintain a consistent look and feel across all platforms.
• Review and make necessary revisions to ensure the final output meets the desired standards and objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a colorist or color grader in a creative, fashion, media, or advertising environment.
• Strong portfolio or reel showcasing color correction and grading work across both photo and video, particularly for social media platforms.
• Expertise in industry‑standard tools (DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.).
• Strong understanding of color theory, digital imaging, and video formats.
• Keen eye for detail with the ability to balance creativity and technical precision.
• Experience working in fast‑paced production environments with shifting priorities.
• Collaborative mindset and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of current creative and social media content trends is a plus.
