Co‑Founder – Marketing & Sales

• Develop the website: grow traffic from 3,000 to 10–20K monthly visits via SEO, Google Ads, and Google Shopping, and increase conversion from 0% to 1–5%.
• Manage Etsy listings: optimize descriptions, photos, and prices to attract clients.
• Engage with customers: answer queries, collect reviews, and offer personalization.
• Run Instagram and YouTube: create content (posts, Stories, coastal decor videos) and analyze audience growth.
• Develop products: ideate and test new items, including photography for sales.
• Use AI: generate photos, videos, and content to streamline tasks.
• Run A/B tests and analyze data (Google Analytics, Etsy Analytics) to optimize.
• Handle unexpected startup tasks and responsibilities as they arise.
