Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Manager for the Patient Centered Solutions group to lead licensing and electronic implementation of Clinical Outcome Assessments in clinical trials. You will liaise with external vendors and internal teams to ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery and track COA performance across the business.

The role requires a strong background in clinical research, vendor management, and project leadership, with excellent communication skills and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in life sciences or related field.
• 4+ years’ experience in clinical research, medical affairs, vendor management or similar.
• 2+ years’ client-facing project management or consulting experience.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical development and drug lifecycle.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee COA licensing activities from initiation to closeout with internal and external teams.
• Monitor licensing budgets, timelines, and vendor performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional project activities and communications.
• Negotiate COA licensing costs and contracts with vendors.
• Develop and maintain internal databases and project plans.
• Contribute to proposals and sales presentations for COA licensing.
• Ensure compliance with standard processes and timelines.
