COA Licensing Project Manager — Clinical Trials

Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Manager to join the Patient Centered Solutions group to support licensing and electronic implementation of COAs for clinical trials. You will lead COA licensing operations, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and monitor performance including revenue tracking.

The role requires a life sciences degree, 4+ years in clinical research or vendor management, and 2+ years in a project management or client-facing role, with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in life sciences or related disciplines.
• 4+ years in clinical research, medical affairs, vendor management, or similar.
• 2+ years in a Project Management, Consulting, or client-facing role.
• Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and drug development.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent planning and time management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the operational aspects of COA licensing activities from study initiation through closeout; partner with study PMs and set up vendors.
• Create, track and report COA licensing project support timelines.
• Provide financial reporting on COA licensing projects including tracking deliverables and invoicing.
• Monitor, manage, and communicate COA licensing activities to cross-functional project teams.
• Coordinate with project resources inside and outside the organization.
• Negotiate COA licensing costs and contracts.
• Develop and maintain internal databases of COA licensing requests and project plans.
• Participate in proposal development and sales/presentation for COA licensing.
• Meet with team members regularly to ensure milestones are met.
• Ensure work aligns with standard processes and meets timeline metrics.
