Role Responsibilities

• This is a contract-based, remote role for a Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO) based in Estonia.
• The CTO will oversee the company’s technological strategy, lead software development projects, and ensure the scalability and security of all technical systems.
• Other day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating closely with co-founders to drive innovation, implementing cutting-edge solutions, and identifying market opportunities to align technology initiatives with business goals.

Required Qualifications

• Strong Analytical and Research skills to evaluate technology trends and guide decision-making
• Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with co-founders, partners, and technical teams
• Knowledge of Sales and Marketing principles to align technical initiatives with broader business strategies
• Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams and driving innovation
• Prior experience in startup environments or tech-driven industries is highly advantageous
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology Engineering, or a related field

• Base : 0% OTE - Variable : 100% OTE
• Fixed pay : No Base salary - Variable pay : Profit sharing + Equity (Common shares)
