ICEYE in Valencia, Spain seeks a CNC and Workshop Assistant to support machine set-up, maintenance, and workshop operations within the HAPS department. You will help prepare CNC machines, manage parts, and maintain equipment including 3D printers, while supporting manufacturing, engineering, and lab teams in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

The role requires hands-on CNC/workshop experience, strong organizational skills, and good English communication.

Formación

• Hands-on experience operating, setting up, or maintaining CNC machines or similar workshop equipment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with hand tools and workshop equipment.
• Organised, detail‑oriented approach to inventory, logistics, and shelving/storage systems.
• Good command of the English language, both oral and written.
• Experience with 3D printer setup, maintenance, or troubleshooting (nice to have)
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance routines on workshop or manufacturing machinery (nice to have)
• Experience handling goods receiving, parts purchasing, or basic inventory/stockroom management (nice to have)
• Experience supporting manufacturing, lab, or engineering teams in a fast‑moving environment (nice to have)
• Proactive, can‑do attitude and willingness to take ownership of workshop order and upkeep (nice to have)
• Curiosity and passion about technology and hands‑on building (nice to have)

Responsabilidades

• Set up CNC machines and fixtures for jobs, including tooling changes and preparation.
• Carry out monthly maintenance and corrective actions on manufacturing machines and 3D printers.
• Receive, unpack, and shelve incoming goods; maintain proper inventory layout.
• Maintain workshop order and provide hands-on support to manufacturing, engineering, and lab teams.
