Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) - BarcelonaTECH is recruiting for a part-time Researcher to support Mechanical Engineering projects. The role involves machining and texturing of metal surfaces, material handling, and documentation support within an EU-funded or university framework.

Applicants should be pursuing or have completed studies in Mechanical Engineering and will work with CNC tools, procurement, and project meetings.

Formación

• Be studying or have studied university studies in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out texturing tests on biomedical materials with a vibration-assisted machining tool.
• Perform machining and texturing of metal surfaces with CNC.
• Manage the purchases, storage and maintenance of materials and tools.
• Attend project monitoring meetings.
• Cooperate in the preparation of technical documentation.
• Manufacturing processes (3D printing, polishing, ...).
• Be involved in the selection process and be prepared for eligibility criteria.
