Capgemini is seeking an experienced CMDB Application Developer & Reporting Specialist to design, develop, and maintain a centralized CMDB solution. The role focuses on data quality, automation, governance and reporting across IT environments.

This 100% on-site position is based in Getafe or Sevilla, with English at B2 level or higher required. You will design CMDB workflows, integrate data sources via APIs, and build dashboards and KPI reporting for stakeholders.

Formación

• At least 3 years in application development.
• Strong SQL and database design skills.
• Experience integrating REST APIs.
• Experience in data modelling and analytics.
• Proven ability to create dashboards and reports.
• Knowledge of KPI design and performance monitoring.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work autonomously in international environments.
• Professional English language skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop CMDB management applications and workflows.
• Create user-friendly interfaces for Configuration Item (CI) management.
• Integrate multiple data sources through APIs and connectors.
• Automate data collection, synchronization and validation processes.
• Define and maintain CMDB data models and CI relationships.
• Develop operational and executive dashboards.
• Implement KPI and SLA reporting frameworks.
• Monitor CMDB health, data quality and governance indicators.
• Support service mapping, discovery and asset management initiatives.
• Prepare technical documentation, user guides and governance procedures.
