Capgemini is seeking an experienced CMDB Application Developer & Reporting Specialist to design, develop and maintain a centralized CMDB solution within a global Digital Workplace organization. The role focuses on data quality, automation, governance and reporting across the IT environment.

This 100% on-site position is based in Getafe or Sevilla, Spain, with English at B2 level or higher required. You will build CI management interfaces, integrate multiple data sources via APIs, and develop

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of application development experience.
• Strong knowledge of database design and SQL.
• REST API integrations experience.
• Data modelling and analytics experience.
• Dashboards and reporting solutions experience.
• KPI design and performance monitoring knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work autonomously in international environments.
• Professional level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop CMDB management applications and workflows.
• Create interfaces for Configuration Item (CI) management.
• Integrate data sources via APIs and connectors.
• Automate data collection, synchronization and validation processes.
• Define and maintain CMDB data models and CI relationships.
• Develop operational and executive dashboards.
• Implement KPI and SLA reporting frameworks.
• Monitor CMDB health, data quality and governance indicators.
• Support service mapping, discovery and asset management initiatives.
• Prepare technical documentation, user guides and governance procedures.
