Werfen seeks a Cloud Security Engineer to design, implement, and operate security controls across our cloud environments. You will partner with Cloud Engineering, Security Operations, Architecture, DevOps, and IT to enforce secure-by-default patterns, automate guardrails, and maintain continuous compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity role.
• Experience with cloud security controls and cloud platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Design and operate security controls across cloud environments.
• Automate guardrails using IaC and CI/CD.
• Manage cloud identity and least-privilege access.
• Monitor cloud threat protection, logging, and security operations.
• Support incident response with cloud visibility and forensics.
• Perform vulnerability scanning and remediation for cloud workloads.
• Implement secure networking: private endpoints, WAFs, segmentation, API protection.
• Embed security into deployments with DevOps and Architecture teams.
• Document patterns, runbooks, and provide guidance to engineers.
