Centric Software is seeking a Senior Director of Cloud Operations to lead a scalable, secure cloud platform supporting Centric Cloud customers. You will work across Engineering, DevOps, and Support to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance in multi-cloud environments.

The role demands 5+ years in cloud infrastructure with strong Linux, Kubernetes, and security expertise, plus experience in incident management and automation. Remote-friendly with global collaboration across teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years working with Public Cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong Linux/opensource knowledge and containerization proficiency.
• Experience with Kubernetes and DevOps practices.
• Experience with networking and cloud security best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to and resolve time-critical customer issues in the public cloud.
• Perform customer deployments, migrations and upgrades in the cloud environment.
• Support automation projects including writing code.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, maintain, and manage servers across multiple cloud environments.
• Create and maintain cloud networking components; perform backups and DR restores.
• Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and Support to resolve issues.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies.
