Arsys, a leading IT solutions provider with offices in Logroño, Madrid, Barcelona, Seville, Bilbao and Valencia, seeks a driven B2B Partner Sales professional. You will hunt new partners, grow the portfolio with upselling, and develop joint opportunities around our cloud product stack.

You will collaborate with international colleagues in a dynamic, hybrid environment and travel nationally. The role offers a fixed salary with flexible benefits and a strong emphasis on building a robust partner

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales within IT, ideally cloud and partner ecosystem.
• Solid consultative B2B selling with 2–6 month cycles.
• Travel nationally; driving license and own vehicle preferred.
• Cloud certifications are a plus; English for international collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and capture new Partners in the tech ecosystem with a strong hunter focus.
• Develop and grow the existing Partner portfolio via upselling and new opportunities.
• Identify business opportunities with Partners leveraging our cloud portfolio.
• Drive demand generation through joint Partner initiatives (workshops, events).
• Contribute to Partner Program development: qualification, support, growth.
