AXA Partners is seeking an experienced Solution Architect for the CLP area (Credit & Lifestyle Protection) to drive architecture and deliver agile, cost-effective solutions.

You will align roadmaps, guide squads, and craft cloud-native designs while collaborating with an international team of about 10 architects across AXA Partners worldwide.

Formación

• 8+ years of IT experience.
• Deep knowledge of IS/IT best practices and data technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Strong security principles and compliance understanding.
• Strategic thinking and big-picture planning.
• Engineering systems design and analysis expertise.
• Good knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices.
• Experience with REST APIs.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Programming in Java or .NET.
• CI/CD and DevOps methodologies.
• Data Centre migration or consolidation projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Fluent English; Spanish or French a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Align product roadmaps to business strategy and global technology vision.
• Optimize product scope to favour teams’ agility.
• Provide guidance to squads to realise the architecture.
• Provide architectural designs for cloud-native, scalable solutions.
• Support architecture governance and standards.
• Collaborate with IT community and AXA Partners units.
• Be part of an international team of around 10 architects.
• Produce high-level and detailed architectural diagrams and designs.
• Create technology roadmaps based on business strategy.
• Design solutions to integrate group services.
• Build PoCs as part of the design process.
• Provide technical awareness across teams.
• Identify process improvements and IT solutions.
• Keep knowledge up-to-date with tech trends.
• Work with AXA Partners groups and Architecture team.
• Deliver measurable, quality solutions meeting requirements.
• Add value in all stages of project/support work.
