Entitat Social in Palma, Mallorca seeks a Clothing Workshop Specialist to support daily clothing logistics, preparation, and administrative recordings. You will play a key role in keeping the workshop organized and operational, coordinating with the team to ensure smooth processes.

The role requires at least 12 months in a similar setting, basic computer skills, and Spanish/Catalan at an A2 level. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 07:00–15:00, with a temporary one‑month contract starting 18/09/2026

Are you looking for a structured, hands‑on role where your organizational skills make an impact? Entitat Social is looking for a Clothing Workshop Specialist to support daily operations in Palma, Mallorca. In this role, you will be an essential part of the workshop team, ensuring that clothing logistics, preparation, and administrative recordings run seamlessly.

Your primary tasks and daily responsibilities will include:

• Managing clothing items through receiving, sorting, order preparation, and dispatch.
• Handling movement of materials and organized storage throughout the facility.
• Maintaining overall workshop tidiness and cleanliness to ensure safe working conditions.
• Recording operational data accurately into system logs.
• Supporting the workshop supervisor and assisting with the training and guidance of team members.

What you should bring to this position:

• Completed secondary education (ESO or equivalent qualification).
• At least 12 months of relevant work experience in a similar workshop or warehouse setting.
• Basic computer literacy and confidence in using digital office tools.
• Language proficiency in both Spanish (A2 level) and Catalan (A2 level).
• Strong teamwork mindset, planning abilities, autonomy, and an efficient approach to problem‑solving.
• Empathetic and positive communication style, dynamism, and high motivation.

What the position offers:

• Full‑time schedule from Monday to Friday, working from 07:00 to 15:00.
• A gross annual salary of €19,366.80, distributed across 12 monthly payments.
• A temporary 1‑month contract starting on 18/09/2026 to cover a temporary medical leave (baja por IT), with the option for renewal.
• A collaborative working environment located directly in Palma.
