Job summary

IBIMA Plataforma BIONAND invites a Medical Oncology Specialist to oversee clinical trials and translational cancer research within the MAlaga Biomedical Research Institute. The role emphasizes oncologic patient management, trial coordination, and data integrity across breast, prostate, gynecologic, digestive, and germ cell cancers.

The candidate should have a medical oncology specialization and proven experience in oncology trial conduct, patient recruitment, and data management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in management and treatment of neoplasms in any location.
• Training in oncology patient management is advantageous.
• Experience in clinical trials at reference centers abroad is valued.
• Experience in organizing and completing clinical databases and oncology nomenclature.
• Experience in radiological criteria for tumor response evaluation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical trial activities for oncology patients.
• Contribute to translational cancer research projects and data collection.
• Assist in design and completion of clinical databases and oncology criteria.
• Evaluate tumor response using radiological criteria and NCI toxicity criteria.
• Recruit and follow-up patients for clinical trials.
• Provide training in clinical trial processes and data management.
