Qualifications

• Experience in clinical trial monitoring and site management.
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and training abilities.
• Ability to mentor junior CRAs and work in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent documentation, data integrity and attention to safety.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for investigative sites; engage stakeholders and strengthen AbbVie’s positioning.
• Align and train site staff and investigators on trial goals, protocols and patient treatment principles.
• Conduct site evaluation, training and monitoring per protocol, SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Develop site engagement strategies using CRM tools and report progress.
• Link study protocol and clinical landscape to trial execution and patient recruitment.
• Mentor CRAs and participate in global/local task forces; manage assigned activities.
• Perform continuous risk assessments with Central Monitoring to detect issues in study performance and safety.
• Identify and evaluate potential investigators/sites to support planned studies.
