Job summary

Pfizer seeks a Senior Clinical Research Associate II to oversee investigator site management, monitoring, and close-out across assigned trials, ensuring patient safety and study quality in line with GCP and Pfizer standards.

You will manage investigator site relationships, support enrollment and database release, and collaborate with the Site Care Partner and study team to optimize site activation and risk mitigation while ensuring timely, compliant trial execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in site management and monitoring of clinical trials.
• Familiarity with GCP, regulatory expectations, and Pfizer standards.
• Ability to manage investigator relationships and site staff with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor investigator sites to ensure protocol and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate site activation, recruitment support, and database release.
• Perform on-site and remote monitoring per the Study Monitoring Plan.
• Provide site staff training and address protocol-related questions.
• Manage site close-out activities and relevant documentation.
• Collaborate with SCP and study team to mitigate risks and ensure patient safety.
