Job summary

INBRAIN Neuroelectronics is seeking a Field Engineer II to lead technical planning, deployment, and support for pre-clinical and clinical studies involving neural-interface systems. You will ensure reliable device performance, high-quality data collection, and study readiness across research and clinical environments.

You will work closely with Clinical, R&D, Quality, and Regulatory teams, serving as the primary technical lead for assigned studies and translating field experience into product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Neuroscience, Biomedical Sciences, or related technical discipline.
• 3–5+ years of experience supporting medical devices, clinical research, biomedical systems, or related technical environments.
• Experience troubleshooting complex hardware–software systems in lab, hospital, or field settings.
• Experience working within regulated environments such as medical devices, clinical research, or life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical planning, deployment, execution, and support of assigned pre-clinical and clinical studies from preparation through close-out.
• Develop study-specific deployment plans, equipment strategies, and technical readiness activities.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks affecting study execution, data quality, or system performance.
• Ensure all study equipment, software, and supporting systems are available, calibrated, and compliant with applicable requirements.
