Veeva's Consultant Development Program (CDP) accelerates early-career professionals into high-impact consultants delivering cloud and AI solutions for Life Sciences clients.

You'll design, configure, and implement our clinical data software, learning Vault CDMS and cutting-edge AI to transform how trial data is managed. The team-focused culture supports rapid growth from Associate to Consultant in under two years.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience in healthcare/research data management or CRO is preferred.
• Strong clinical data management background.
• Experience using statistical software (SAS, SPSS, Python, R).
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead configuration and implementation of Vault CDMS to fit study protocols.
• Conduct discovery workshops with stakeholders to capture requirements.
• Own study scoping, timelines, and milestones from design to go-live.
• Advise customers on best practices for long-term data management value.
