Job Title: Client Service Specialist
Location: Oasis Premium Recovery Centre, Marbella
Schedule: Full-Time (Flexible, including weekends as needed)
Overview
The Client Service Specialist provides daily support and concierge coordination for residents, ensuring comfort, discretion, and smooth day‑to‑day experience throughout their stay. This role involves direct client assistance, local driving and transport, and coordination of activities, appointments, and personal requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for residents regarding daily needs, requests, and logistical arrangements.
- Provide safe and discreet transportation for residents to appointments, wellness sessions, leisure activities, and airport / port transfers.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating services such as fitness, spa, medical appointments, personal shopping, and dining.
- Maintain a supportive and professional presence, offering guidance and assistance while respecting privacy and boundaries.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal staff and external service providers to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Maintain accurate daily notes and handover reports for team continuity.
- Ensure vehicles are clean, maintained, and presentable; manage fuel and basic upkeep.
- Support client wellbeing and comfort within the residence, including assisting with welcome arrangements, orientations, and routine check‑ins.
- Uphold confidentiality and the high‑standard guest service environment of a premium recovery residence.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, concierge services, private client services, wellness centres, or luxury residential environments.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and service‑oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is an advantage.
- Valid driver’s license and strong driving skills; professional driving or chauffeuring experience preferred.
- Discreet, attentive, calm under pressure, and able to anticipate needs.
- Basic organisational and reporting skills (email, scheduling tools).
Preferred Qualities
- Knowledge of the Marbella / Sotogrande / Estepona region (restaurants, wellness providers, logistics).
- Background or familiarity with wellness, mental health support environments, or lifestyle concierge service.
- First aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
