Chubb is seeking a Client Services Executive – Inwards to support global accounts in Madrid. You will handle issuance and delivery of policy documents for renewals, new business, and endorsements, ensuring accuracy and service standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Global Service teams, Underwriting, and Credit Control to deliver a high-quality client service experience. This is a fixed term contract of 12 months with additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English, Spanish and French; additional European languages welcome (Dutch, German, Italian, Swedish, Danish).
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.

Job Description

The Client Services Executive – Inwards is responsible for providing account management services to global accounts incoming to Chubb EMEA through the Worldwide Multinational network. The role focuses on the issuance and delivery of policy documentation for renewals, new business, and endorsements, ensuring all work is completed accurately and in line with Chubb’s service standards. This position works closely with Global Service teams, Underwriting, Credit Control, and other internal stakeholders to deliver a high-quality, efficient client service experience. This is a fixed term contract of 12 months

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for service matters, actively listening to Underwriters, Clients, Brokers, and other external parties to understand their needs and concerns.
• Ensure all policy documentation, renewals, new business, and endorsements are issued accurately and on time.
• Apply the “right first time” principle by completing 100% data quality checks prior to issuance and booking.
• Support business development and client relationship activities by responding to customer requests and resolving service issues.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively, including policy documentation issuance and account handling.
• Deliver all work in line with agreed service standards, corporate guidelines, and operational requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate service delivery to ensure it meets expected standards and agreed commitments.
• Organize time efficiently to meet deadlines and achieve work, project, and team goals.
• Diagnose issues, resolve problems, and make sound decisions to support smooth service delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Global Service teams, Underwriting, Credit Control, and other internal stakeholders as needed

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

• Professional English, Spanish and French language skills.
• Additional European language required: Dutch, German, Italian, Swedish, or Danish.
• Previous experience in an underwriting support or client services role is a plus.
• Insurance industry background preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Strong customer service skills with a customer-centric attitude.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
