This full-time role focuses on overseeing daily operations, managing a team, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in office administration, with strong knowledge in billing and management. Formación

  • 10+ years of experience in office administration or billing.

Job Details

Position: Customer Operations Manager – Gerente de Operaciones y Atención al Cliente.

Type: Full‑Time. Shift: 2:15 pm – 10:15 pm (Málaga time).

Languages Required: English (required), Arabic (preferred).

Reports To: President.

Location: Málaga’s Soho district, 1 block from Alameda Principal.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office operations, manage client & caregiver coordination, handle billing & payroll processes.
  • Manage local and remote (USA) team of up to 20 members to support expected growth.
  • Implement & manage office policies & procedures for efficient operations.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day activities, provide excellent customer service by responding to caregiver & client inquiries efficiently.
  • Collect, verify, & process caregiver timesheets billing data.
  • Manage all billing processes on HHA and ensure timely submission of claims.
  • Prepare & submit billing & payment reports weekly & monthly.
  • Participate in weekly payroll verification meetings.
  • Manage budgets & financial reports, ensuring fiscal responsibility & profitability.
  • Generate & analyze payment reports as requested by management.
  • Oversee staff training & development to ensure a knowledgeable & skilled workforce.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • ~10+ years of experience in office administration, billing, or care coordination.
  • ~5+ years of experience in Management.
  • Strong experience & knowledge of different systems and system management.
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, & time management.
  • Bilingual: English required; Arabic or Spanish a plus.
