A growing tech company in Madrid seeks a Customer Success professional with 3–5 years of experience in Account Management. The role requires strong analytical skills and fluency in English and Spanish. You will work with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to enhance customer experience and will be involved in building a cutting-edge Conversational Commerce platform. The position offers a permanent, full-time contract and includes travel to Italy every two months.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Has 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles.
Has analytical skills and knowledge of digital marketing.
Speaks fluent English (C1) and Spanish (C1).
Italian is considered a plus
Ability to analyze partner data and feedback, turning insights into concrete actions.
Employees working from the Barcelona office must spend 1 full week at the San Vito dei Normanni (Italy) office every 2 months (i.e., Expenses : 100% of travel and accommodation expenses are reimbursed by Spoki.
