This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Client Growth and Optimisation Manager at WELCOMEBEDS.COM located in Palma. This role requires a proactive, analytical, and commercially savvy professional with a strong background in sales growth, account management and optimisation strategies within the travel industry. It also involves day‑to‑day tasks related to optimizing XML data feeds, ensuring data accuracy, and enhancing the overall functionality and performance of the clients and platforms.

Functions:
  • Client Growth Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue from existing clients, identifying upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
  • Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key partners, ensuring long‑term, profitable relationships.
  • Performance Optimisation: Analyse booking patterns, pricing strategies, and market trends to enhance client performance and competitiveness.
  • Data‑Driven Decision Making: Utilize data insights to provide recommendations that improve conversion rates and maximise sales potential.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (commercial, product, and tech) to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Client Training & Support: Educate partners on best practices, tools, and strategies to optimise their business with our platform.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in client growth, sales, account management, or revenue optimisation within the travel, hospitality, or bed bank sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
  • Knowledge of hotel distribution, connectivity, and travel tech platforms is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Fluent in any other language will be a plus.
