Ogilvy in Madrid is seeking a Client Finance Traffic Executive to join the global finance team. You will manage budgets, process supplier purchases, and prepare client invoicing within a multinational agency environment.

The role requires a degree in Economics or Business, strong English, and 1–2 years in a finance role. You will work under tight deadlines, with a focus on accuracy, controls, and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar.
• Advanced English level.
• 1–2 years of experience in Finance Department.
• Experience in similar tasks is highly valued.
• Experience in multinational environment is highly valued.
• Advanced MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work with tight deadlines.
• Organizational skills with multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Create budgets for work.
• Manage purchases with suppliers.
• Prepare client invoicing.
• Handle documentation related to projects.
• Prepare and analyze revenue close.
• Assist in budgeting process (annual and quarterly): manage revenue budgets.
• Monitor and analyze variances from close vs. budget; prepare variance reports.
• Perform accounting controls to ensure data reliability.
• Contribute to standardizing internal controls and procedures.

Como Client Finance Traffic Executive, serás una pieza clave dentro del departamento financiero de una agencia multinacional.Tareas y Responsabilidades

• Creación de presupuestos de trabajo.
• Gestión de compras a proveedores.
• Preparación de la facturación a cliente.
• Gestión documental asociada a los trabajos.
• Preparación y análisis del cierre de ingresos.
• Colaboración en la preparación de los presupuestos anuales y trimestrales: Gestión y seguimiento del presupuesto de ingresos.
• Control, seguimiento y análisis de desviaciones del cierre vs presupuesto. Preparación de informes sobre desviaciones.
• Realización de controles contables para garantizar la máxima fiabilidad de la información.
• Contribuir a la estandarización de los procedimientos y controles internos según políticas y normas del grupo.
• Colaborar en el proceso de auditoría interna y externa

Requisitos

• Grado/Licenciatura en Económicas, Administración y Dirección de empresas o similar.
• Nivel alto de inglés.
• Experiencia previa 1-2 años en Departamento Financiero.
• Muy valorable experiencia trabajando en tareas similares.
• Muy valorable experiencia trabajando en un entorno multinacional.
• Usuario avanzado MS Office, especialmente Excel.
• Capacidad de trabajar con deadlines ajustados.
• Capacidad de organización con varias tareas simultaneas.
