Ogilvy, ubicado en Madrid, busca un/a Ejecutivo/a de Cuentas para gestionar la relación diaria con clientes y coordinar equipos de estrategia, creatividad y producción. El candidato ideal ama la creatividad y sabe transformar retos de negocio en briefs claros para desarrollar campañas relevantes.

Se valorará capacidad de comunicar, construir relaciones de confianza y proactividad para crecer dentro de una firma internacional con presencia en Madrid y a nivel global.

Formación

• Titulación en Publicidad, Marketing, Administración y Dirección de Empresas o similares.
• Experiencia previa en gestión de cuentas en agencia o entorno creativo.
• Pasión por la creatividad.
• Habilidades de comunicación y capacidad de construir relaciones de confianza con clientes y equipos.
• Curiosidad, proactividad y ganas de aprender constantemente.

Responsabilidades

• Gestionar la relación diaria con clientes, entendiendo sus retos de negocio y transformándolos en briefings claros e inspiradores.
• Trabajar codo a codo con equipos de estrategia, creatividad y producción para desarrollar campañas relevantes.
• Participar activamente en el desarrollo de ideas: no solo gestionar proyectos, sino ayudar a que las ideas crezcan.
• Coordinar timings, entregables y procesos internos para asegurar que el trabajo llegue con la máxima calidad.
• Identificar oportunidades para ampliar proyectos y aportar valor al cliente.

¿Qué ofrecemos?

• Horario de lunes a jueves de 09:00 a 18:00 con una hora para comer, y los viernes de 09:00 a 15:00. Durante julio y agosto, el horario de trabajo será de 09:00 a 15:00.


• Ubicación: Calle Ríos Rosas, 26, 28003 Madrid.


• Horario flexible de entrada.
