Keyrus Spain is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to work at the heart of client AI challenges, turning intent into measurable results in weeks. This is an experienced individual-contributor role combining hands-on engineering, architectural judgment, and business understanding.

You will own the problem from ambiguity through execution, becoming the reference the team relies on to make the results last, in a hybrid Madrid setting with full-time hours and a €70k–€85k annual compensation.

Formación

• 5–10 years of AI Engineering, ML, Software or Data Eng, or equivalent.
• Hands-on production delivery of AI, GenAI, or software solutions.
• Experience with clients or complex stakeholder environments.
• Degree in CS/Engineering/AI/Data Science or equivalent practical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Co-create solutions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Qualify data access with Data Engineers for each use case.
• Translate use cases into production-ready GenAI and agentic AI solutions.
• Design, test, deploy and monitor solutions in client environments.
• Collaborate across Data Engineers, Software Engineers, and Governance teams.
• Balance speed, quality, cost, security and maintainability.
• Define success criteria including adoption and measurable value.
• Document and transfer solutions for client operation.
• Turn delivery into reusable patterns and accelerators.
