As a Senior Engagement Manager, you will take end-to-end responsibility for a portfolio of client relationships: shaping account strategy, guiding executive decision-making, identifying growth opportunities, and leading the successful delivery of large, complex initiatives. Serve as a trusted advisor to executive and senior stakeholders, helping them set priorities and make confident strategic decisions.

• Mobilise and align cross-functional teams across engineering, product, design, operations, and commercial functions.
• Work with delivery, technical, product, and commercial leads to define outcomes, scope, roadmaps, success measures, and execution plans.
• Significant consulting experience in management consulting, digital consulting, digital transformation, or technology-enabled business transformation, ideally developed at a leading management consultancy or respected digital consulting and technology firm.
• Demonstrable experience owning senior client relationships, developing account strategies, identifying and converting growth opportunities, and expanding engagements.
• Proven track record of shaping and leading large, complex initiatives across digital transformation, AI transformation, technology, product, data, or operating-model change.
• Confidence working with C-level and senior stakeholders, translating complex business and technology topics into clear choices, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience managing account economics, proposals, contracts, forecasts, budgets, margins, and delivery performance.
• Experience in AI transformation, data, or emerging technology programmes.
