Indie Campers is seeking a City Lead to manage daily operations at a small depot in Spain, Canary Islands. The role is 70–80% hands-on, ensuring smooth workflows, strong customer service, accurate documentation, and fleet readiness while controlling costs and consumables.

You will coordinate shifts, supervise a small team, and support sales-oriented activities, with potential future opportunities in Lisbon, Mexico City or Manila. Proactive, onsite leadership is essential.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in fast-paced operations, logistics, rental, hospitality, or customer-facing environments.
• Strong hands-on operational capability and ability to work in a small depot.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and coordinate all rental workflows: check-in, check-out, documentation, and system updates.
• Track daily KPIs and manage fleet readiness.
• Promote ancillary products through value-based selling.
• Conduct basic RV/van checks (battery, water systems, gas, lights, tyres).
• Coordinate daily shifts, priorities, and tasks for the small team; onboard new hires.
