Santander busca un Vicepresidente (VP) para Credit Trading / Structured Credit Trading en España. Ubicación: Boadilla del Monte, con modelo de trabajo híbrido entre remoto y presencial y horario competitivo.

La persona ideal tendrá al menos 4 años en trading de créditos, hybrids o productos estructurados, dominio del inglés y capacidad para entrenar a juniors, crear herramientas de monitorización y colaborar con Quants y Structurers para desarrollar nuevos productos.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Credit, Hybrids, Structured Rates or related roles.
• Bachelor/Masters/PhD in Sciences or Economics/Statistics.
• English required; Spanish or another European language preferred.
• Familiaridad con herramientas de IA en codificación es un plus.

Responsabilidades

• Pricing, executing and hedging structured credit and hybrids transactions.
• Risk managing dynamically trading positions.
• Training junior resources on the trading team.
• Maintaining, improving and creating trading monitoring tools.
• Contributing to new product development initiatives with Quants, Structurers and Support/Control.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Pricing, executing and hedging structured credit and hybrids transactions, including repacks and credit linked notes
• Risk managing dynamically our trading positions
• Training junior resources on the trading team
• Maintaining, improving and creating trading monitoring tools
• Contributing to new product development initiatives in partnership with Quants, Structurers and Support/Control functions

REQUIREMENTS

• Professional Experience Minimum 4 years of experience in Credit, Hybrids, Structured Rates or XVA trading/structuring/quant roles (Required)
• Education Bachelor/Masters/PhD in Sciences (Maths, Physics, Computer Science) or in Economics/Statistics (Required)
• Languages Working language is English (Required) Spanish or another European language are a plus (Preferred)
• Hard Skills Strong problem-solving skills (Required) Familiarity with AI-augmented coding tools is a plus (Preferred)
• Soft Skills Team player (Required) Entrepreneurial, delivery-oriented mindset (Required) Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced trading environment (Required)
