Role Overview

The COO will be a strategic leader responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring organizational efficiency, and implementing strategies that support Infatica.io's growth objectives. This role requires a combination of operational expertise, strong leadership, and a passion for innovation in the tech space.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and optimize all operational functionsDevelop and execute operational strategies to support company growth, scalability, and profitabilityImplement efficient processes, systems, and workflows to enhance productivity and operational performanceCollaborate closely with the CEO and executive team to define company vision, strategic goals, and key performance metricsFoster a high-performance culture of accountability, innovation, and cross-functional collaborationIdentify opportunities for operational improvements, cost optimization, and resource allocationDrive organizational change and ensure alignment between teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements

Proven experience as a COO, VP of Operations, or equivalent executive leadership role, preferably in a tech or SaaS companyStrong understanding of business functions, operational strategy, and organizational managementDemonstrated ability to scale operations in a high-growth, fast-paced environmentStrategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and process improvement
