Evotym is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to translate product and technology decisions into scalable operations. You will connect Product, Engineering and Operations, strengthen teams and drive performance without relying on continuous headcount growth.

As COO, you will oversee Product Operations, Revenue Operations, Operational Excellence, Support and strategic initiatives, while turning priorities into measurable projects across the organisation.

Qualifikationen

• Senior operations leadership in a blockchain-native or crypto company.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain products, infrastructure and transaction flows.
• Experience leading multiple teams (50+ people).
• Track record of improving efficiency, execution and business performance.
• Experience delivering cross-functional projects across Product, Engineering, Operations and Commercial.
• Strong commercial judgement linking product decisions to revenue.

• Experience managing several teams, ideally with a combined scope of 50+ people.
• A record of improving efficiency, execution and business performance.
• Experience delivering projects across Product, Engineering, Operations and Commercial teams.
• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to connect product decisions with customer value and revenue.
• Ability to explain complex blockchain concepts clearly and develop expertise within teams.
• Languages: English
• Experience in fintech
