Job summary

Codeway is seeking a strategic Operations Leader to work directly with our Founding Partner & VP, in close contact with our CEO and vertical leaders across Finance, Legal, HR, and Global Mobility. The role requires sharp thinking, high ownership, and the ability to translate between teams to land decisive outcomes.

You will start without a formal team, with scope expanding as you prove impact. This could become a company-wide leadership position across Codeway as we grow globally.

Qualifications

• A few years in strategy, operations or a CEO's office, ideally in hypergrowth.
• Experience across countries and cultures with international teams.
• AI-native profile with personal AI agents or projects.

Responsibilities

• You will be the connective tissue, translating between teams to help them land on decisions.
• You will help shape planning, priorities, and resource allocation across functions.
• You may grow into a leadership role across Codeway as you prove impact.

ABOUT CODEWAY

Codeway started in 2020 as a small team in Istanbul to build apps people would actually enjoy using. Today our 60+ apps, including Cleanup, Retake AI and Learna AI, have reached more than 600 million users. We're 400+ people across Barcelona and Istanbul, at $400M+ ARR, profitable and self-funded the whole way. We recently started a new global HQ in Barcelona and reorganised into verticals: business units that operate like focused product companies, alongside a shared HQ. Small teams, real ownership, and decisions measured in days, not quarters.

THE ROLE

You'd work directly with our Founding Partner & VP, in close contact with our CEO, our vertical leaders, and teams across Finance, Legal, HR, TA, Global Mobility, Workplace and Brand.

It's a wide seat, and it suits someone sharp and low-ego. Some weeks it's how we plan and where our people and money go. Some weeks it's how we grow and reward the people who move the company, or how Codeway tells its story. Always the things that belong to everyone and so often to no one. You'll often be the one connecting teams, translating between them and helping them land on a decision, and that has to sit well with you.

You won't start with a team. The scope grows as you do, and if it works, we see this becoming a leadership role across Codeway.

WHO WE'RE HOPING TO MEET

Background

• You've spent a few years in strategy, operations or a CEO's office, ideally in hypergrowth, close enough to a founder or CEO to have owned real outcomes, not just advised on them.
• You've worked across countries and cultures, and an international team feels like home.
• You're AI-native. You'd fit right into our teams, and you probably already have a few agents of your own up and running.

How you work

• You pair exceptional analytical rigor with clear writing, and you can have the hard conversation with both care and honesty.
• You make the people around you stronger. You can step into someone else's area without anyone feeling stepped on, and still get the decision made.
• You're curious before anyone asks, and you tend to have a view on a product or a team before you've been formally introduced.
