Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Significant leadership experience in a technical and global environment.
• Strong track record in equipment engineering, reliability, maintenance, or lifecycle management.
• Experience applying structured quality processes, preferably APQP4Wind.
• Ability to collaborate with external partners and suppliers with a solid Systems Engineering understanding.
• Strong interpersonal and change management skills, with emphasis on collaboration and quality in uncertain environments.
