Leadtech Group seeks a Head of Communications to shape and execute internal and external narratives across our brands. You will lead a small team focused on content and UX/design, blending strategic vision with hands‑on delivery on our most critical initiatives.

You will guard the corporate narrative, manage media relations, oversee crisis and reputation management, and partner with HR, Legal and senior leaders on communications for M&A, transformation, and employer branding.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Audiovisual Communication, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
• Masters in Corporate Communications or related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years in corporate communications, including at least 3 in a leadership role.
• Experience in technology companies, scale-ups, or multi-brand organizations.
• Experience communicating M&A processes or major organizational transformations is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Design and lead internal communications for 900 employees across brands.
• Manage external corporate communications, media relations, and investor-facing materials.
• Oversee reputation management using monitoring tools and crisis plans.
• Lead and develop the Communications team (3 members) and approve key deliverables.
• Coordinate with Legal, HR and Marketing to align messaging across units.
