Are you passionate about regulations and compliance in the chemical industry? At Noa's Talent Recruitment, we are recruiting a Chemical Management and EU REACH expert for our client DuPont , Asturias. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting regulatory compliance across the EMEA region, with a focus on EU REACH compliance at the plant level, dossier preparation, UK REACH, SCIP, regulatory monitoring, and strategic impact assessments.

You will play a key role in compiling IUCLID datasets for EU REACH registrations and ensuring compliance at the plant level. You will also monitor changes in chemical legislation and assess their impact on our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review complete IUCLID lead and co-registration dossiers for submission to ECHA, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct regulatory intelligence activities, tracking chemical legislation developments across EMEA that may impact business operations.
  • Provide expert guidance and oversight for REACH operations.
  • Support sites in implementing and improving REACH management systems.
  • Deliver training and support for site REACH roles.
  • Conduct first- and second-party audits, evaluate findings, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Evaluation and risk management associated with the use of substances.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Advanced university degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Biological Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related technical field—or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Strong interest in regulatory affairs and chemical legislation.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player.
  • Flexible and adaptable with a growth mindset.
  • Proficient in SharePoint and Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with SAP EH&S is a plus.
  • Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills across cultures.
