Oversee desserts' preparation to maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and appearance, while minimizing waste

Address guest and team member inquiries courteously, escalating issues to senior chefs or management as necessary.

Train and mentor junior pastry chefs, conducting regular training sessions on techniques, recipes, and knife skills to foster growth and skill enhancement.

A genuine love for culinary experiences & a passion for Japanese cuisine.

Proven experience as a pastry sous chef in a luxury high-volume restaurant.
