Would you like to be part of a professional friendly team environment where you can develop your skills as a chef de Partie? We work with a large network of 4 to 5 star hotels located in the amazing Austrian Alps (Vorarlberg, Tyrol, Kärnten, Steiermark, Salzburg).

Become an indispensable part of a 4–5-star hotel kitchen team located in the Austrian Alps, where you can showcase your knowledge and cooking skills.

Your main functions will be :

1. Prepare menus in collaboration with your team.
2. Ensure adequacy of supplies at cooking stations.
3. Enforce high standards of health and hygiene.
4. Help maintain a smooth and friendly cooperative environment.
5. Carry out joint activities in cooperation with the Chef and / or Sous Chef.
6. Display high professional competence and focus on service quality.
7. Plan the daily operations and order stock.

What do we offer?

1. Employment in one of our 4 or 5-star hotels.
2. Type of contract (seasonal or permanent), depending on the hotel.
3. Minimum working hours: 48 hrs per week; during winter season, working hours may range from 48 to 54 hours, working 6 days a week.
4. Net salary (13 or 14 salaries per year).
5. Trial period of 2 to 3 weeks.
6. Free accommodation and meals.
7. Free health insurance.
8. Assistance throughout the process free of charge.

Minimum requirements :

1. European nationality / passport is mandatory.
2. At least 1 year of experience as a Chef de Partie in hotels.
3. Studies and training in the gastronomy sector.
4. Minimum intermediate level of English (B1+).

Important note : You will be responsible for your airfare! European citizen with a European Passport!
