Formación

Would you like to be part of a professional friendly team environment where you can develop your skills as a chef de Partie? We work with a large network of 4 to 5 star hotels located in the amazing Austrian Alps (Vorarlberg, Tyrol, Kärnten, Steiermark, Salzburg).

Become an indispensable part of a 4–5-star hotel kitchen team located in the Austrian Alps, where you can showcase your knowledge and cooking skills.

Your main functions will be :

  1. Prepare menus in collaboration with your team.
  2. Ensure adequacy of supplies at cooking stations.
  3. Enforce high standards of health and hygiene.
  4. Help maintain a smooth and friendly cooperative environment.
  5. Carry out joint activities in cooperation with the Chef and / or Sous Chef.
  6. Display high professional competence and focus on service quality.
  7. Plan the daily operations and order stock.

What do we offer?

  • Employment in one of our 4 or 5-star hotels.
  • Hotels in Austrian Alps: Vorarlberg, Tirol, Kärnten, Steiermark, Salzburg.
  • Type of contract (contract period): seasonal or permanent, depending on the hotel.
  • Minimum hours in the contract are 48 hrs; working between 48-54 hours during the winter season, 6 days a week.
  • Net salary (13 or 14 salaries per year): approximately 1,800 – 2,200 euros.
  • Trial period of 2 to 3 weeks.
  • Free accommodation and meals.
  • Free health insurance.
  • Assistance throughout the process free of charge.

Minimum requirements :

  • European nationality / passport is mandatory.
  • Experience as a Chef de Partie in hotels for at least 1 year.
  • Studies and training in the gastronomy sector.
  • Minimum intermediate level of English (B1+).

Important note : You will be responsible for your airfare! European citizen with a European passport!
